CatalogSignal AI supports catalog auditing and merchant-reviewed content suggestions. Quality scores are deterministic heuristics, not guarantees of traffic, search ranking, conversion or sales. Merchants are responsible for factual and lawful product content.

Subscriptions and allowances

Prices are USD: Starter $39 every 30 days (eligible first-time subscriptions: 3-day trial), Growth $69 every 30 days or $690 annually, Pro $139 every 30 days or $1,390 annually. Shopify handles approval and billing. Development subscriptions are test charges.

Daily allowances reset at 00:00 UTC. Suggestion requests explicitly rejected before processing are returned to your allowance. Requests with an uncertain outcome and failed search explanations still count. Query explanations use AI allowance as well as the query allowance. Upgrades, downgrades and cancellations are verified with Shopify. Downgrading may archive catalog records beyond the new product limit; history follows the current plan.

Confirmation and conflicts

Only expressly selected suggestion versions and fields are submitted. Avoid editing the same product in other tools during a writeback. Shopify product fields have a read-before-write conflict check; this is not an atomic lock across third-party tools. App-owned summary metafields use compare-and-swap. Uncertain outcomes require review and are not replayed automatically.

Service provider and use

The service is provided by CatalogSignal AI, the developer listed on our Shopify App Store page, at 3905 Lake Point Drive, Helena, MT 59602, United States. By using the app, you authorize its access to the product data needed for the features you use. Only submit content you are authorized to process. Do not use the service to create misleading or unlawful product claims.

Availability and changes

The app depends on Shopify, hosting and AI services. Features may be temporarily unavailable, and AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete. Keep appropriate copies of your product content and review updates before applying them. Changes to a subscription price require the applicable Shopify approval process. The date above identifies the current version of these terms.
